Our Price Match Guarantee is as simple as lifting a $5000+ carbon bike. Find something you like for less in another store (even with a discount) and we’ll match the price. Not only that, if you buy something from us and then find it cheaper, we’ll refund the difference (as long as it’s within 7 days of purchase).
Plus by shopping with us you get the benefit of our colleagues’ expertise and can choose how to get your order: home delivery, in-store or next day Click & Collect.
How do I price match online?
Simply click the ‘Price Match’ link on the product page then enter the competitor info and price. We’ll check all the details and, once it’s approved, we’ll send you an online discount voucher for you to use in the next 3 days.Price matching in-store
Just bring us a printout of the competitor’s offer and we’ll take it from there. As well as the competitors listed below, we can also price match specialist local stores – pop in and see us and we’ll tell you who.Why do we offer this?
We try our best to keep up-to-date with our competitor’s prices, but we can’t be everywhere at once. So to make sure that we’re your first port of call for everything two-wheeled or related, we offer this Price Match Guarantee.
What do we match?
We match identical items (colour and size) which are in stock and ready for delivery/collection from a listed competitor. We will include delivery charges, voucher codes and other discounts when comparing items. The price (and any voucher code) must be available to all customers (VIP, membership, personal discounts or multi-buys won’t apply) and price matching can’t be used with other offers or discounts.
Faulty or wrong items received
We want you to be completely satisfied with you order and we know that sometimes things can go wrong. However help is on hand. On receipt of your order, if you have an issue or a faulty item please call our Contact Centre on 812-1434-6741 or use our contact us page. Please have a copy of your order number to hand.
Full Price Match terms & conditions: Only identical items (including colour and size variations), in stock and available for immediate delivery/collection from our approved list of retailers will be price matched. Retailer must also be an authorized dealer to sell items. Comparison value includes delivery charges. Printed or visual evidence of offer will be required as unfortunately we are unable to access competitors websites in store. The competitors price and any applicable voucher code discounts must be available to all customers and exclude any VIP, personal or membership discounts. We are unable to match multi-buy offers (e.g. buy one get one half price).. Cannot be used in conjunction with any offer or discount.
