The Castelli Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl Pro Team Pro Light Wind Vest is a featherlight, windproof vest that pros and amateurs alike can carry to pull on when the weather changes.
A mesh back helps to keep the weight down to 81g and will let heat and moisture escape when you’re working hard. Meanwhile, a slightly heavier, printed woven fabric on the front and shoulders will block the wind and lend a touch of cosiness, although this too is breathable and can easily be vented further using the smooth YKK® Vislon® zipper if need be.
It’s a perfect vest to wear on cool summer mornings or evenings, or during the warmer days of spring and autumn, to stay warm and protected from the wind during descents or rest stops.
