Developed with input from World Champion DH rider Sam Hill the Specialized Boomslang flat pedals are packed full of innovative features. These are great pedals for downhill and trail mountain bike riding.

Super Lo-profile

Only 10mm thick at the centre the Boomslangs are super thin. Specialized have achieved this by using a unique spindle design – thin needle bearings on the outer end of the spindle and a sealed cartridge bearing tucked into the bulge on the inside. The profile widen slightly at the edges and offers a wide concave platform which gives great support.

Undercut Pins

Custom pins feature a unique tapered profile that offer more grip than traditional grub screws. The pins bolt through from the underside so are easy to change if they get damaged by rock strikes. The Each pedal includes 4 spare pins.
